• ವಯಸ್ಸು 21-45 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಡುವೆ (SC/ST ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಡಲಿಕೆ)
• ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಆದಾಯ ₹8 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ
